What is their shipping policy?

• As a buyer, you are responsible for all transportation related expenses. The standard terms of transportation are FOB shipping point, and the freight is charged by freight collect. The buyer should provide a valid third-party freight billing account when placing an order. If you do not have a valid transportation account, you can add the freight to the domestic order through ups ground (P.O. Box is invalid). 

• If the buyer provides an incorrect or invalid UPS or fedex account number, they will be responsible for any fees charged to hoffmaster. If the buyer fails to pay these fees, they will not be able to place orders or receive further goods until their accounts are cleared.

• Hoffmaster group, Inc. / Aardvark paper drilling struts is not responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to value-added tax, other taxes, tariffs, brokerage or customs fees. The insurance premium for international transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

• Orders received by CST before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on the next working day. Orders received by CST after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on the next working day.
• The order is completed according to the demand. The delivery time is announced below, which may be modified from time to time without notice. When placing an order, aardvark's representative will notify you of any changes to the published delivery time.

What is their return policy?

• For health and safety reasons, once the product leaves the custody of hoffmaster group, Inc. / Aardvark paper drinking straws, they will implement a no return policy. The only exception to this policy is claims for defects in materials or workmanship.

Aardvark's representative will issue RMA (return authorization) and product return instructions. No product shall be returned without a properly documented RMA before the buyer delivers it to the common carrier. RMA must be accompanied by return.
