What is the shipping Policy?
Alen offers FREE FedEx ground shipping on orders of 4 air purifiers or less to destinations within the Continental US for all products sold through Alen.com.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver on the weekends, so all days noted are business days and exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
How do I return a defective item?
Call customer service within 60 days from the date you received your air purifier at 800-630-2396 or fill out their online form to get a return authorization label.
Repackage your air purifier in its original Alen box.
They can either send you a return FedEx label or issue a call tag for FedEx to pick up the package and ship it back to Alen.
Please note: This applies to products purchased here at their online store.
If the item was ordered through a reseller, you will need to return the product according to their return policy.
Does Alen offer factory warranty?
With valid proof of purchase and an intact ratings label, they warrant your Alen Air Purifier to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Extend your one-year warranty to five years with product registration.
If conditions of this warranty are met, Alen will, at its option, either furnish a replacement part or replace your air purifier provided the product is determined by Alen to be defective as a result of faulty material or workmanship while in normal use.
Alen’s sole obligation under the factory warranty is to replace defective parts or replace your air purifier free of charge.
In which room should I put my air purifier?
If you only own one air purifier, the ideal place to put the unit is in your bedroom. This is the room in your home where you spend the most time out of each day.
An air purifier in the bedroom can contribute to a better night's sleep by reducing the allergy symptoms that make a good night's sleep difficult.
In addition, the white and pink noise produced by an air purifier can help you sleep more soundly.
Do air purifiers have any side effects?
All of Alen’s air purifiers are non-ozone producing and as such, there won’t be any health consequences or other side effects.
All their air purifiers do is circulate the air in the room and filter it, leaving it clean; they will never add anything to the air in your room.
If you’re still shopping around for air purifiers, it’s important to note that you should never choose a purifier that emits odors, chemicals, or ozone.
These can be harmful, particularly in people who are chemically sensitive.
