What if my art work is damaged?
Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.
- Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let them deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
- If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.
- Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is .
