What is their return policy?
When you decide to return, please contact them by email first and let them know your problem. They accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. And make sure to wear them only on clean floors inside (never outside if you plan to return them). They do not accept any jewelry that has been worn or altered in any way. Any item that has stains, marks, smudges or tears on the fabric or labels cannot be returned. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, they will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be charged an additional $5 shipping fee for exchanged items.
What is their shipping policy?
Express Shipping is available on all orders over $79. Currently they are able to accept online orders for international shipping. If you don't see your country at checkout, please contact them for information on shipping options and rates. Orders placed before 4:00pm EST Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day. Friday orders placed before 4:00pm EST will be delivered on Sunday. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage. It doesn't mean they didn't receive your order. Your order is getting ready to ship. BLACKHEAD is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events.
Why should I become a registered user?
You don't need to re-enter your shipping or billing address every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the address on file unless you instruct otherwise. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order later. They keep a record of the items you've put in your shopping bag so you don't have to re-select items again when you come back later. Please note that placing an item in your shopping bag for future purchase does not guarantee the availability of the item.
