When does coverage start and end?
Rental Car Damage Insurance (CDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) & Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI).
Coverage is based on 24-hour increments. For example, 3 days of coverage purchased for July 1 at 10AM means coverage ends on July 4 at 10AM.
Returns after 10AM on July 4 would incur an extra day of insurance. (all times local). Coverage is limited to trips up to a maximum of 30 days.
Can I cancel my retal car coverage?
Yes, as long as coverage is cancelled before the rental dates begin. Please send a written request to cancel your plan.Please include your order number.
If they are contacted after the rental dates begin, please forward proof that you did not rent the car.
Does Bonzah covers my baggage and personal items?
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) includes Personal Effects Coverage that protects Your personal belongings as the primary Renter or Sharer and those of Your immediate family traveling with You.
The maximum Personal Effects Coverage Amount per rental contract is $525.00, which is subject to a per claim deductible of $25.00.
If I return my reatal car early, can I receive a prorated refund?
Yes. Please send a written request to cancel your plan. Please include your order number as well as a copy of your rental contract which documents the date you returned the car.
You may cancel your policy free of charge before picking up the rental car, and you can also recieve a partial refund if you cut your trip short.
