Can I return my item?

No. They do not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if your candle is damaged in transit, please contact them at bossypantscandle@gmail.com. 

Is it possible to ship for free? If yes, what are the requirements?

• They offer flat rate US shipping for $8.99 for orders under $75, or FREE shipping when you buy $75 or more! Pay shipping, or go ahead and add another candle...they think the choice is clear. Yes, they ship worldwide! For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• They ship via USPS and UPS ground, depending on your location. Current processing time is 2 business days, and shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

What are my rights if I am a resident of the EEA?

• If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making, when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
