How does automatic update work?
You acknowledge and agree that each membership will automatically renew and you will continue to be billed unless you cancel your membership or they suspend or terminate your membership in accordance with these terms. They may not renew your subscription at their discretion. They do not guarantee the availability of any particular product.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account in your personal account at the top of the website and selecting "Manage Subscriptions", then "More Details" to expand the text and click "Cancel Subscription". You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to support@boxdog.com. You must cancel your subscription by your next billing date. After your billing date, they will not offer any refunds and you will receive your subscription for the current period.
Is there a risk of loss in shipping?
Unless you specify otherwise at the time of purchase, if you order within the continental United States, shipping and handling charges will be included with your order. Additional charges may apply for shipping outside the United States. Ship dates and/or arrival times are estimates only. For loss/damage claims, if you believe all or part of your order is lost or damaged, you must notify BoxDog within 15 days of delivery. Repeated claims for undelivered items may result in the cancellation of your subscription.
What is BoxDog's return policy?
BoxDog does not provide any guarantees or refunds for individual products offered within a subscription product, including items that are incorrectly sized or damaged in transit. BoxDog does not accept returns of individual products. Owners should take care to supervise all toys and read all food labels.
