What shipping methods do they offer?

• UPS Surepost Shipping: All orders over $150 receive Free UPS Surepost delivery. Any orders under $150 will be subject to a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee. With SurePost delivery, you can expect reliable UPS transport with a final delivery provided by USPS.

• Expedited Shipping: If you need your package quicker, we offer additional UPS shipping options that are calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping: Rates are determined at checkout.

• BuddyLove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

• Please Note: Holidays may cause delays in shipping time.

What are details about return policy?

• All Returns must be initiated through their Returns Portal to be eligible for refund. If a return is received by their warehouse and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for refund and processed as a store credit. 

• Returned items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 15 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund. You will be provided a return label and a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Exchanges and store credit are processed immediately and you will be credited an additional $7.99 to your account for future use.

• Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable).

• Any items using promotional discounts 30% and over are Final Sale. See individual promotions for details.

• Jewelry and Intimates are all Final Sale.

• Babe Boxes are Final Sale, however, they will make size exchanges within 15 days. Please email info@buddylove.com to make this exchange.

• Discounts can not be applied to previous orders.

• The BuddyLove staff will determine if the item is eligible for a return and/or refund. Clothing returned that is not in compliance with their return policy will be refused.

How long will I get refund?

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 3-10 business days after the date of processing.
