How long does the shipping will take?

Their standard domestic shipping takes between 2-6 business days from dispatch depending on location.
Express deliveries are next business day from dispatch within the Australia Post specified express postal zones. Remote location deliveries can take longer.
All orders are shipped from Brisbane, you can find an estimate for your delivery at auspost.com.au.
These times are a guide only and do not take into account any force majeure.
They are not responsible for delivery times, if your parcel is advised to be lost by the postal system you will be reimbursed for the cost of your parcel.

Does Bumpshoes offer return or exchange?

If you choose to order a plain shoe we accept a return or exchange within 14 days, shipping is at the expense of the customer.
They do not offer returns or exchanges on custom printed products. Our shoes are sourced directly from Converse and are inspected for any issues prior to printing.

Will Bumpshoes help me design on both sides?

Yes! However design services do incur an additional charge and require payment upfront. Send an email to admin@bumpshoes.com and they can help you out.
They recommend checking out the inspiration gallery or their Instagram account if you are stuck on your design.
Their tip is to think of what YOU think is cool and go from there! If you think something is awesome, it's gonna be awesome on a shoe as well.
