Their corrugated boxes are clearly labeled "perishable" to ensure safe shippment.
All of the products are carefully put in a temperature-controlled polystyrene foam cooler.
They use the industry's best frozen gel packs to keep seafood tasty.
Can I return a damaged item?
If you have any questions about shipping your perishable products, you must contact them within 7 days after receipt.
Because their products are perishable, they cannot be returned.
They will be happy to return or replace a package without delivery or poor delivery terms.
