How my orders be packaged?

  • Your order is carefully packed by them. 

  • Their corrugated boxes are clearly labeled "perishable" to ensure safe shippment.

  • All of the products are carefully put in a temperature-controlled polystyrene foam cooler.

  • They use the industry's best frozen gel packs to keep seafood tasty. 


Can I return a damaged item?

  • If you have any questions about shipping your perishable products, you must contact them within 7 days after receipt.

  • Because their products are perishable, they cannot be returned.

  • They will be happy to return or replace a package without delivery or poor delivery terms.

  • The best way to report a problem is to send an email to customer service via the contact @ cameronsseafood. com with your first and last name, your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a picture.

  • For questions about crab size, please send photos of the crab next to the ruler contained in the box, clearly show the size.


Can I get discounts or promotions on seafood from Cameron's Seafood?

  • In addition to offering some of the most competitive rates in the industry; they frequently offer discounted seafood and coupons to their customers.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • You can modify or cancel your fresh seafood order online up until 12 hours from the shipment date, 1 or 2 days before your selected delivery date depending on the shipping method selected. 

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed if they are not notified at least 12 hours before the shipping date.
