How long does shipping take?

• They store inventory in warehouses in the US, Canada, Australia, UK and France. Orders are fulfilled from the closest location depending on available inventory and typically take 2-7 days for delivery.

• International delivery taking 7-21 days depending on the country. They will send you a confirmation email with a link to your order page which will display your tracking number as soon as it's available, typically within 24 hours.

• The tracking number is created when we label your order and they'll send you an automated email to let you know that your order has been labeled.

How are the knives made?

They created color plates for each knife with the images in reverse, like a film negative. They then use a heat transfer to apply the image to the non-stick coating.

Does Chef's Vision deliver outside the United States?

Yes, they deliver to 196 countries worldwide with free shipping. Delivery time is typically between 7 and 21 days depending on the country. Customs and other import duties may apply.

Can Chef's Vision make customized knives?

Unfortunately, they don't offer a customized knife service. Each blade design requires a $500 color plate to be manufactured before production can begin, which makes personalized knives prohibitively expensive.

Do the knives come with blade covers?

There are blade covers available separately. If the covers you're looking for are sold out, the other covers will also fit but the handle colors won't match the covers.
