What are my payment choices?
They only support online payments, they support Paypal and all credit cards. They do not use other payment methods temporarily.

•  Pay With Paypal. When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

• Pay With Credit/Debit Card. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay. Please note that Clotstudio does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment.
  

How to get a replacement or return the item?

• Please contact their customer service in time and upload the detailed photo.They will not bear the cost of your return shipping fee.
  

• They can not return or replace your orders because you ordered a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not their mistake) by yourself.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.All backdrop, photo props, and studio equipment returns must be approved by them.
  

What material do you use?

• The material is thick canvas, it is very durable. And this material can absorb pigments well, making the background cloth thicker and more textured.

• A wooden core is installed during production, which is used for the transportation and storage of the background, which can effectively avoid wrinkles.

• All works are hand-painted by our experienced painters and come in a wide range of styles. They are rich in texture.

• Every hand-painted canvas is uniquely customized. They have a lot of room to play and can be used to shoot different styles of work. They are especially appropriate and beautiful when shooting vintage and elegant pieces.
