What is Deconovo's return and exchange policy? 

• To initiate a return, refund or exchange, please contact info@deconovo.com. If your request is approved, they will send you a return label and the RMA reference number required for your return, as well as instructions on how and where your package will be shipped. Items that are returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• All product returns must be in sales condition for a full refund. If an item is used or cannot be sold, the order may not be refundable. They reserve the right to deposit a full, partial or full refund.
