What should I do if I receive damaged items?
They work hard to ensure your planters arrive in perfect condition, but they understand that isn’t always the case. A damaged planter can be replaced within 7 days of shipment as long as it hasn't been installedand is returned in the original packaging.
When your planter arrives, it is important to take the following steps:
Check the box for damage
Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation
Remove the packaging and inspect the planter
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don't accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative and contact them immediately so they can arrange for a replacement. Once your planter is installed/planted, it can't be returned.To report a damaged or defective item, please visit their Support Center or call 888.468.1554.
How quickly will my planters ship?
Most orders are shipped within three business days. Painted-to-order planters, fabricated aluminum planters and other special items may take additional time to ship. See individual product pages for lead time details. Whenever possible, please order before noon (EST) to save one day shipping time. Call toll-free 888-468-1554 to confirm product availability, shipping information and any additional charges for special delivery.
Can I return items at ePlanters?
If an item isn't the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Any item received undamaged, where the correct items were shipped, will require that the customer pays for the return shipping & handling charges/restocking fees. There are a few items that are not eligible for return. These include clearance items, custom items, items that are painted to order, and large items over 24″ in either length, width, height, or diameter.
