What is their shipping policy?
When you buy or rent a SNOO, you can choose a shipping date. If you would like to change the shipping date, please contact customer service. In the continental US, they offer free ground shipping for purchase orders over $75. SNOO purchases to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional $185 shipping fee. SNOO rental ships to you free of charge in the continental US. Rentals to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional $275 shipping fee. When returning to SNOO, the customer will be charged a shipping fee of $59.50. Unfortunately, due to the size of SNOO, they cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Can I cancel?
If your SNOO hasn't shipped yet...you can cancel your order up to 1 business day before your chosen SNOO shipping date. Your card will be refunded for the amount charged.
If your SNOO is shipped...you can cancel your lease at any time after your SNOO is shipped. (Please note that the minimum rental period is 1 month. The rental period begins on the day your SNOO is delivered and ends on the day it is picked up by the Happiest Baby designated carrier.)
How to return?
Save the SNOO original box + insert for use when you return the bed. Using packaging that is not approved by Happiest Baby - or inappropriately using packaging provided by Happiest Baby - may cause serious damage to the product during shipping. If you are the original purchaser of a Happiest Baby product (except digital, which is not eligible for returns) and you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it to them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Except SNOO Items have a 30-day trial period and must be returned in their original condition.
