When will I get my order?
As soon as possible! They work hard so you can have quality glasses at the earliest possible date.
Once you’ve submitted your order with your prescription, pupillary distance, and full payment, they’ll get started on manufacturing your glasses.
They will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped however you can also track the order by logging into your JEANS.COM account.
Does Jeans.com offer international shipping?
Yes, they offer international shipping with DHL, costs are calculated by DHL.
International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy.

When will I get my refund?
