What's included in the package?

Depending on the package you select, they include 4 oz, 8 oz or 16 oz bags of carefully selected artisan jerky in each shipment. 8 oz and 16 oz customers will also receive a card with detailed information about the company and how each batch is prepared. **Shipping charges will be added after the shipping address is entered into the shopping cart. ** 

Can I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your subscription to Jerky Snob at any time. However, if your subscription box has already shipped, they will not be able to refund you. If you cancel your subscription after your credit card has been charged and before your package has shipped, Jerky Snob will be happy to issue a refund upon request. Please contact them via email to request a refund prior to shipping.

When will my order be shipped? (including holiday gifts)

All new orders will be shipped within 2 business days, unless you specify a later date when placing your order. If you have any questions, please send an email to info@jerkysnob.com.

When will I receive my jerky?

Your first shipment will be shipped within 2 business days. Then, starting from the next month, your package will be shipped from the 15th to the 18th of each month. You will pay for this on the 11th of each month. If you need to change any of these details, please send an email.
