How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address entered at check out. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder as sometimes these emails are marked as junk. If you have still not received this email, please contact them and they will help you out!

What is the return policy?

• Please note that refunds and returns will only apply to purchases made directly through www.langly.co with the use of a Langly Co. issued invoice number. 

• All refunds will be charged to the original form of payment or as online credit. In the case of any return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees that are incurred during the process; those customers located outside of the U.S. will also be subject to all shipping charges, duties, and taxes per their countries import policies. 

• For your own benefit, please be sure to retain tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage when shipping items back to Langly Co. 

• Your refund will be authorized upon receipt of receiving your returned item. Langly reserves the right to deny a refund based on damaged or worn state of the product upon return. 

• All refunds will be inspected and can take up to 5 days once received by their shipping warehouse to be eligible for refund. 

What can I learn about the products?

• Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to their Return Policy. 

• They have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of their products that appear at the store. They cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. They reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of their products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. 

• They may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. They reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that they offer. 

• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of them. They reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

What is the shipping policy?

They currently ship from two different fulfillment locations. Depending on the location the item ships from, the return instructions will differ. For some US addresses, they’ll send you a shipping label and deduct $20 from your refund to cover return shipping for bags, and $8 for small accessories. For others, return postage will need to be paid by the customer at a carrier location. They will send the return address and instructions via email.
