According to food safety regulations, they do not accept any returns even if the test tubes are unopened. If any of these problems occur and the customer chooses to refund the cost of the defective, damaged or incorrect tube, you will automatically receive a refund in the same manner as your original payment. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a refund.
How quickly will my order arrive?
For orders placed before 3pm EST, they are proud to deliver your licorice to you or your loved ones via FedEx Air in as little as 3 business days. This does not include PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses that will be shipped via USPS. For international orders, shipping times may vary.
