What is their shipping policy?
British standard delivery is free for orders of £ 40 * or more, and £ 3.25 for orders of less than £ 40. Once your order is sent, it will be sent through Royal Mail No. 48. Please note that the goods are usually delivered within 24 hours after receiving the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Delivery will be completed within 2-5 working days after you place the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For example, if you place the order on Wednesday, your goods should be delivered before next Wednesday.
During busy periods, lullaby and Royal Mail will do their best to provide guaranteed services, but they will not be held responsible for any delivery problems and delays. You can track orders by logging into your account.
If you are not ready to pick up the goods, we will leave a pick-up card and your package will be sent to your local sorting office for picking up. Royal Mail may give it to neighbors, or if they think it is safe to do so, they can put it in a safe place. They will leave a delivery card to let you know that it has been completed.
- Unfortunately, they cannot deliver goods on bank holidays. In this case, please look forward to your delivery on the next working day.
What is their return policy?
If the color of the product is not appropriate, they are happy to return the product you purchased within 30 days after receiving it, provided that the product is returned with a sealed sanitary label and in its original state.
Please note: the original postage is not included in the order refund.
For hygiene reasons, Lullaby hair care products are non returnable, including their shampoo and conditioner, slick& Fix styling gel and slick back down baby hairstyle.
They cannot accept hair products whose seals have been removed / tampered with, including open color samples or products in a state indicating that the product may have been used, unless there are defects.
