What is their return policy?

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact them immediately for further instructions. Once you contact them, they will assign you a Return Material Authorization Number (RA #) to include in the returned package. After printing, custom photo mural orders cannot be returned for a refund. Also, custom size murals ordered from their image library to fit a specific wall size cannot be returned. However, if they make a mistake and send the wrong size, they will gladly replace the mural with the correct size and ship it to you free of charge upon receipt and inspection of the original mural.
