What to do for the damaged items?

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please, let them know! 

• Email support@mylalaleggings.com if you receive a damaged or defective item.

• Please include your name, order number and photos of the damage.

• My Lala Leggings is not responsible for mail loss, theft or incorrect and/or insufficient mailing address entries.

• Returns may take up to 1 week to process once received.

How to make a return?

• Fill out the returns card that came with your order, add your order number, reason for return and any other needed information. 

• They recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your records until the return is complete.

• They only accept returns on items that are in New, Unused Condition. All items must have the original tags attached.

• Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and email confirmation will be sent.

• Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process with your financial institution.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

• The average processing time for orders is 1-3 days, they work around the clock to ship items to you as quick as possible!

• Free shipping promotions are for US residents only and all free shipping will be standard shipping and processing times. 

• Orders under 1 lb ship USPS First class and approximate a 3-7 business day delivery time.

• Orders over 1 lb ship USPS Priority and approximate a 2-4 business day delivery time.

• Large or Bulk purchases may be shipped Boxed with UPS for quality and delivery control purposes. These shipments are insured delivery shipments with UPS or USPS and may take 5-7 business days for Delivery. 

• Holiday Seasons and Extremely High Volumes Time May Cause Delays.
