How does return work?

Livia offers a 120-day money-back guarantee on all Livia products sold on its website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Returned products must be in good condition. All Livia accessories purchased must be included in the package.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Livia does not include return shipping and handling, gift wrapping and/or taxes paid (eg, state, customs, VAT). They will only initiate the refund process for your purchase within 30 working days once the package is received and managed in their office.

Once I subscribe, when will I get my gel/flower pad?

Your first Livia kit will include a set of flower cushions and a 3-month supply (ie 3 sets) of gel cushion covers. After 3 months, a new supply of 6-month gel pads will automatically be delivered to your door. After six months, another 6-month supply of gel pads will be delivered. This will continue as long as you stay subscribed!
