What is their return policy?

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original invoice date. The return must be in the original packaging and in a resale state. For details, please refer to the full terms and conditions.

• Most products can be returned, but there are a few exceptions. Special ordered "items not in the catalog" or items designated as "non cancellable / non returnable" (NC / NR) cannot be returned.

• If the product is defective during the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact their customer service department at 1800 463 9275 (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday) as they may be able to facilitate the warranty return process. However, please note that some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with you (the end user).

How to return?

• Apply for RMA number (material return authorization) using one of the following methods:

• Log in to your web account. Go to the order status and tracking section to find the order / product to be returned. Click the "returned products" link, fill in the remaining information and submit it.

• Or - find the order information from any of the following: packing list, invoice or order confirmation email, and then enter the information into the form below and submit it.

• Please note: for online forms, they try to respond within 24 hours after receiving the request (except weekends).
• Include or print the RMA number provided on the return shipping package. (items without RMA will not be accepted and returned to the sender.)
• When RMA is provided, the product shall be transported back to the location provided. Return freight must be prepaid. C. O.D. return is not acceptable.

What is their transportation policy?

• Newark offers multiple modes of transportation for your order. Once your order is shipped, they will notify you by email, informing you of the tracking number (if available), so that you always know where your order is. Below you can find more information about their shipping options.

• Orders shipped from more than one Newark distribution center or containing one or more out of stock items will only be charged a freight at the rate effective on the order date

• According to the deadlines listed below, most of their stock orders will be shipped on the same day or the next business day. Some orders may require additional time to be processed before shipment. Britain counted the ships within 24 hours.
