Does Nextbase have any delivery restriction?

• They do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom. 

• They do not currently offer any international delivery options. If you are outside of the UK and wish to purchase Nextbase products, please contact their Sales Team who can advise on authorised retailers in your region.

How can I return a faulty item?

• If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact them with proof of purchase and they’ll exchange or refund it. This postage cost would be paid for by Nextbase. Please contact their Sales Team directly on 0203 195 0877 (UK).

• After 30 days, they’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something goes wrong with your camera, their Support Team are on hand to help. Their engineers are available on Live Chat, on the phone at 02920 866429 (UK)

Please note that if you return products which are outside their returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, they’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Can I get the full refund when returning items?

Yes.If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, they've extended their returns policy - any www.nextbase.com/ product can be returned up to 30 days from purchase for refund or exchange.

In-line with their returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

• Unopened

• In its original packaging with all accessories.

• With its proof of purchase

• Unused

• In a resaleable condition

You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
