• The return or exchange of online and in store orders shall be accepted within 21 days after purchase (in store) or performance (online)

• In order to be eligible for return or exchange, your item must keep all original labels intact, and must be unused, undressed, and free of cosmetics, deodorants, perfume, and  animal hair. The item should be in the same state as the item you received. The shoes must be placed intact in the original shoebox, and the shoebox must not be damaged. Once your return is processed through their return center, you will receive a pre printed return label by email.
