When will my order be delivered?
All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days.

How to return the products bought from Norani?

• To complete your return, simply email them at info@norani.com and provide proof of purchase and reason for return. All swaddles must be returned in original packaging. They do not provide refunds for gift cards.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• As soon as they receive your return and inspect it, they will issue you a refund in the same form it was purchased in. If you received a norani product as a gift, please let them know and they’ll issue you a different form of credit. If you purchased your item from an authorized retailer, you will need to refer to their return policy and you will need to contact them directly.

How to swaddle?
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to swaddle your baby properly using the Snugababe Sleep Swaddle:

• Place baby on their back on top of the swaddle with their head and neck on top of the fold and gently insert baby’s arms inside arm inserts.
• Fold over left side of the swaddle over the baby’s chest and gently tuck it under the baby’s body, creating a cozy fit.
• Fold over any excess fabric from the bottom of the swaddle and tuck it under the right shoulder or by the chest. Remember, arms tight, hips loose.
• Bring the loose right corner and pull it snuggly, wrapping it behind the baby and secure it to the Velcro towards the left shoulder. Place baby on back to sleep.

When should I start and stop using the snugababe swaddle?
You can start swaddling your baby as soon as they’re born. The AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) advises that once your baby is 2-3 months, you can start swaddling them with one arm out. If they get really fussy from having an arm out, it’s ok to keep swaddling them with both arms for a few more weeks until they learn to adjust. It helps to start the transition during naps and then work your way to the night time sleep routine. After approximately 4 months, some pediatricians will recommend you stop swaddling your baby, so have a chat with your pediatrician before you stop swaddling.
