What is their shipping policy?
They try to ship the goods on the day of order. However, some fabrics may take 48 hours to ship. The tracking number will be provided when shipping the yard order. If there is inventory, they will contact the customer to understand any delay caused by the shortage and suggest the delivery cycle. The cloth is shipped from New York. Except for bad weather, it takes 1 to 2 working days for ups/ FedEx Ground in most parts of the northeast, 2 to 3 working days in the southeast, 3 to 4 working days in the Midwest and 5 working days in the West.
You can speed up the delivery by choosing more expensive 1-day, 2-day or 3-day delivery, which will arrive at the corresponding choice in the morning.

What is their return policy?
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price is shown on the website (www.nydesignerfabrics.com) or quoted to you by NY designer fabrics LLC. unless otherwise stated, the quotation does not include all applicable taxes, transportation and handling charges.
If the order requires them to cut the fabric yards from the roll, they cannot refund.
They cannot offer refunds for fabrics that have been cut, altered or customized in any way.
Shortage claims and damaged items must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
Hand woven fabrics do not guarantee texture change, color fastness, accurate color or texture matching or durability. Dye batch cutting must be required for color matching. Due to the irregularity of silk yarn, color and texture changes may occur within a single piece and between one piece and another. This is the natural characteristic of silk.
- Please call and ask for the return invoice number (RIN) before shipping your fabric back to the United States. This will enable them to process your return faster.
