How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once they have received and inspected your return, they will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, an email notification will be sent to you. It will include a tracking number to check its shipping status. Please wait 48 hours for the carrier to provide tracking information. If you already have a tracking number, you can track your shipment. If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact them at info@paperhouseproductions with your name and order number and they will look into it for you.

What is their return policy?

They accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. They will refund the full purchase price of the item, including sales tax. Shipping costs are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
