What if I need to get a test that is not on your website?

• If you need to buy a test that is not on the Personalabs website all you need to do is contact them, let them know what test you need and they will see if we can get it for you.

• They must seek approval from their Medical Director to add a test to their menu. Once confirmed, then the test is sent to finance for pricing and then uploaded to the site.
  

Do you accept health insurance?
Sorry, they don’t.

• They keep their costs as low as possible because they’re able to cut through red tape. So at present, they do not accept any form of health insurance.

• Please note that a DX code is a diagnosis provided by the doctor. As Personalabs is only responsible for providing you with lab results, they are unable to provide you with a DX code (diagnosis).

• Their Physicians Network views all results to make sure there are no critical issues.

• If results are abnormal, their Physicians Network contacts you directly to advise you to seek medical attention with your doctor or healthcare provider.
