What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Personalized Planet?

Personal items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Unfortunately, due to the nature of their personalised customisation business, personalised items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold. Therefore, they are unable to refund or credit personalized clothing ordered with incorrect sizing. Make sure to use the "size Sheet" for all clothing orders.
Items should be returned to their Return Center unopened or in their original condition, together with a copy of the packing list. The price of the item and any applicable duty will be refunded on the original payment form. They will not provide refunds for returned items that have been used or classified as unmarketable.

Items collected from the express ship will be shipped by UPS Next Day airlift (arriving within 4 business days of the production completion date) and USPS priority or UPS next Day airlift (arriving within 5 business days of the production completion date).
