How do I access and redeem my PitchGround purchase? 

• Go to their homepage and log in. Or click here.

• Once you are inside your dashboard, please click on the Purchases tab or here.

• You will find the list of your purchases. You can filter or search for the product plan you want to redeem and click on the Redeem Button next to it. 

• You can see your coupon code and instructions. Follow the exact redeem instructions to redeem your coupon code successfully. You have 90 days from your purchased invoice date to redeem your code license.

Why Did I Payment Failed? What Should I Do?

• You are using a Pre-Paid card (they do not accept pre-paid cards).

• Your bank disallowed/declined the transaction due to any reason. In case the amount was debited from your account, the amount will be automatically credited back to your account by your bank within 1-5 business. If you still don't receive any funds within the mentioned time, contact your Card Issuer/Bank or their support.

• You do not have sufficient balance.
• Your bank/card doesn't allow international transactions (If you are not located in the United States).
• You have entered incorrect details during payment checkout.
• Your bank has declined your purchase for an unknown reason. In such cases, please contact your Bank/Card issuer for more information.
• You are travelling to another country, while your card is from your native country (contact them in this case).

How Long Refund Takes To Process?

• Refunds Made via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card): PitchGround submits refunds to Stripe which submits refunds to your customer’s bank immediately, but depending on the bank processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.

• Refunds Made via Stripe (PayPal): In case if you have made the payment via PayPal, and you request a refund within your available refund period, upon request for a refund, PitchGround processes a refund which should reflect in your PayPal balance within 5-10 minutes or a maximum of 24 hours. 

Why I am Unable to Log Into My Account?

• If you are unable to sign in to your account, this means their system has triggered some security protocols. 
• This most often happens after several failed login tries or after "unusual" login tries by someone in a short period of time. This "block" expires after 15-60 minutes depending on the behaviour. 
• Just try again after 30-60 minutes and you will be able to log in successfully.
