What's your shipping policy?
Express Shipping is only available within the US.
The Processing Time will be 1 - 2 business days after they receive your orders.
Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Due to customs policy, glue, battery, wax, or pigment may not be included in the package.
If I received damaged Products, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact them immediately at shop@robotime.com. They will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Picture of damaged package or products
Correct shipping address
They will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
When will I get refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will email you to notify you that they have received the item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after they approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
