What's your shipping policy?
Orders received for in-stock items before 2 PM Pacific are shipped out the same business day.
Orders received for in-stock items after 2 PM Pacific are shipped out the following business day.
U.S. orders over $75 are shipped free via USPS and typically take 2-5 business days to arrive unless another shipping method is chosen.
U.S. orders under $75 are shipped for $7.00 via USPS and typically take 2-5 business days to arrive unless another shipping method is chosen.
How is the minimum dollar amount determined to qualify for free shipping in the USA?
Free Shipping is valid with any order over $75 within the USA. For California residents the total must be $75+ after any applicable discounts are applied and before tax is calculated.
When will I get refund?
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt of goods, using the original method of payment for unused items and store credit for used items. Feel free to email them with the tracking info if it has been more than 7 business days and your tracking info shows that they have received the package.
Do you offer Exchange?
They only replace items if items are defective or damaged. They require a picture of the damaged item sent to hello@safeandchic.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please email image of product and delivery box.
Currently, they do not have an exchange program. If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it for a store credit. Once you receive your store credit you will be able to place a brand-new order for the replacement item(s).
