How do they ship my package?
Shoe Palace offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more, with exceptions. This is only available in the continental United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. They do not ship to international addresses and PO Boxes (PO Boxes). Currently they do not offer next day or next day shipping. They also do not offer in-store pickup or in-store returns. Once your order is placed and shipped, you will receive a shipping and tracking email.
What should I do if my goods are lost?
Shoe Palace is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. This email contains order details and tracking information used to track your order. If the tracking status of the shipment shows "Delivered" and the shipment is still "lost" due to reasons such as the buyer's inability to receive the package or the shipment being left at the door, Shoe Palace is not responsible for the loss of the shipment or the loss of the shipment under these conditions steal.
