At Skin And Senses, they are committed to helping you achieve the beautiful skin you deserve. They will gladly accept the return of any unused item purchased on Skinandsenses.com for store credit. They cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact them immediately for assistance at info@skinandsenses.com.
They understand that things happen so they will gladly issue a store credit for unopened products in original condition within 10 business days from your online purchase less shipping charges or applied discounts. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please note, they do not accept returns on sample size products.

What shipping methods can Skin and Senses use?
They ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. They offer weight based shipping options in the US for orders up to $100, and free US standard shipping on orders over $100. Skin And Senses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If you need your package shipped "signature required," please leave them a note in the comments section of your order. Skin and Senses is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" - request signature confirmation if you have had trouble with packages disappearing.
Express 2-day US shipping is also offered at a weight based rate, and usually ships via USPS. Orders placed before 10AM Pacific Time on a business day will be shipped that day. After 10AM, the order will be packaged and shipped on the next business day.
