What is the shipping policy of Sommailier ?
Your first shipment will arrive within 7 to 10 days of your order. Subsequent shipments will be sent every 3 months, approximately. They are working with local carriers specialized in wine distribution to make sure your wine will ship in optimum conditions. They will try up to 3 times before sending the wine back to them. An adult (at least 21 years old) signature is required to receive your shipment. Occasional shipments may be delayed to conditions of extreme heat or cold temperatures. They will let you know if this happens.
How about the return policy of Sommailier ?
They are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed. They are also unable to accept returns on wine that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.
