What if I need to change or cancel my order?

• Once an order has been placed, they're unable to make any changes. If you need to cancel your order you can cancel until 12PM PST the following business day. 

• To cancel within this timeframe, contact them at hello@sunpeonycoconut.com and include your order number in your request. 

What is the status of my order? 

Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Can I return an item marked Final Sale?

All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. If you send back an item marked Final Sale they will not process this return, once it is received to their warehouse it will be automatically shipped back to you or they will deduct a restocking fee of 25% of the items price. 

What can I learn about route insurance?

Route is premium package protection for your For Sun Peony Coconut order. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a reorder or refund within 24-48 hours. 

What is the refund policy?

• They accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging. 

• You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your items for return. 

• Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. They recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to them, otherwise they will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).

What can I learn about the shipping costs?

• Free shipping order $100 and over US only. All domestic orders ship via USPS first class with an estimated delivery of 2-7 days or USPS Priority or UPS ground when requested, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. 

• Shipping costs are culculated based on weight and carrier and added to your total before check-out. Expedited shipping is also available upon request. Once your item has shipped and tracking information has been provided. Sun Peony Coconut is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
