Can I have refund if I am to cancel my flight？
Yes, of course. In the event of flights cancellation you are entitled to a full refund for any unused service.
- The refund will always be credited to the original form of payment that you originally used to pay for the ticket or service.
- In any other cases, like voluntary cancellation, partly used ticket, travel or health restrictions, the refund is subject to certain conditions and rules.
- When you made your booking you were informed about the refund conditions applying to your ticket. In case of Non-refundable fares, please be aware that only airport taxes will be refunded.
- Once the refund form is completed, flights and services for all passengers in this booking will be automatically cancelled and therefore will be no longer valid for further rebooking.
What payment methods do they accept?
They accept the following credit card: VISA Card, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club/Discover , JCB Card, AirPlus business account/UATP, China UnionPay.
- They also accept other payments as Debit cards, SOFORT, PostFinance, Pay by Invoice and OPC.

How much hand baggage can I take with me?
As a general rule, the hand baggage allowance on SWISS flights is as follows:
SWISS Economy :1 x 8 kg
- SWISS Business: 2 x 8 kg
- SWISS First: 2 x 8 kg
Hand baggage must not exceed the dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 cm. Baggage rules may differ on some routes. On flights carried out by a partner airline, the operating airline's rules apply. Hand baggage is not allowed for children sitting on an adult’s lap.
