How many logos are in each plan?

Their platform has been designed to create one logo per subscription. The reason being is that they believe each organization should have a primary logo for their branding. However, you can edit your purchased logo design and make as many new design versions of it as you wish.

Why can't I access the settings?

• The settings are disabled until your Digital Card is published. Once your card is published, you'll have full access to the Settings.
• Note that the options in the Settings include changing your public link and unpublishing it. Any changes you need to make to your card can be made in the other sections.

Can I set the same SKUs for a product and its variations?

StoreFront allows you to set the same SKUs for a product and its variations unless the variation's stock differs from the base product's stock. In other words, if you set a different in-stock quantity for a variation, you'll have to set a different SKU for it. They based this logic on a reasonable presumption that if a variation has its own inventory, it is treated as a separate unique item, so it apparently should have a unique SKU.

Can I change the email on my account?

• Yes- You can change the email address associated with your Tailor Brands account by accessing the account settings. 

• To do so, follow the following steps below: 

• Log In to your Tailor Brands Account 

• Hover over My Account from the right-hand menu bar 

• Select Settings from the menu options

• Go to Account Settings and in the Email Settings field, change the email to your liking, and click Update
