How long will it take to receive my order?

• Due to the current environment, the orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days.

• With Free Shipping (within lower 48 US States), please allow up to 3 to 10 business days to receive your order due to possible carrier delays during this unprecedented time, once your order has shipped.

• For faster delivery, you can also select Express shipping for a modest additional cost. Orders shipped by Express are expected to ship by the next business days and 2 business day transit time.

Do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping is applicable to orders within lower 48 US States. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout if you are not in the lower 48 US States.

How do I start a return?

• You have 100 nights to ensure your sheets are right for you. Because One Bed sheets are luxury 100% long staple cotton, they get softer with each wash. They ask you try your sheets for 30 nights or more to give them several washes. They recommend washing your sheets weekly for this reason (and for good hygiene). If products still aren't a fit for you, they will arrange a return label for you and donate your sheets to a charity in need.

• If all items in your order are completely unopened and unused (and your order was shipped to US), you can use their Create a Return tool to create your return label. You can track the status of any return as well.

What is your warranty?

One Bed is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty applies to original purchasers of One Bed and is limited to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, negligence, or damage associated with improper use or improper laundering of One Bed. They completely stand behind the quality of their sheets.
