Can I cancel my order?

Most orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day. In order to provide quality service to their customers, they use automated systems to process orders, so orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are placed. They are not responsible for typographical errors. There is only one coupon per order. Packaging and bottles are frequently changed and may not be exactly as shown.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Delivery Guarantee and Air Freight are only available for street addresses in the 48 U.S. states. If a guaranteed package does not arrive at the guaranteed time, they will only be responsible for shipping. The total order value is after all discounts and before any taxes, shipping or gift wrapping charges.

What is their return information like?

They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Just send them any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of ordering and they'll be happy to refund your money. They don't need a return authorization. They recommend that you use an insurance carrier such as UPS, FEDEX or INSURED Priority Mail! They cannot refund shipping, and if your order is shipped free, the actual shipping (what they pay the carrier) will be deducted from all returned or rejected orders.

Is there a charge for returns?

If the order is upgraded for free, they will deduct the actual shipping (what they pay the carrier.) If the package is rejected for any reason or returned with an incorrect address or after 2 delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for shipping the cost back to them facilities and a 20% restocking fee. Opened items will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. They do not accept returns of skincare/haircare products within 30 days from the date of order.
