What is Torrid Shipping Policy?
Torrid.com ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries. For information on shipping to APO/FPO addresses or on International shipping, click here.
For standard shipping: $6 of Flat Rate Shipping and Free In-Store Returns. Standard service is provided via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
For Express delivery: Please allow 2-3 business days for Express delivery. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 9am PT ship out same business day.
Overnight Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 9am PT to ship the same day.
What is Torrid Return Policy?
They hope you love what you've ordered, but they know that sometimes things don' t work out:
Initiate your return within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, they recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
