How long will it take to receive the order?
Please note that most cutters are manufactured to order (not OTF cutters). After placing an order, allow 1-3 working days to process the order. After that, it takes 2-5 business days for U.S. deliveries and 10-30 business days for international orders. OTF tool orders can take 7-21 business days to arrive. This turnaround time is used to manually manufacture your tool, field test it, and prepare it for shipment. Please be patient while waiting for the OTF knife.
Will they receive a tracking number after ordering?
Yes! All orders include tracking. It will be automatically sent to the email you provide to them. Please follow their questions above to see when they will be shipped.
Will an email be sent when the order is shipped?
They will receive a confirmation email when they place their order and another when their label has been printed. After receiving the shipping email, please wait 24 hours to display the update.
How should they make payment?
They currently accept credit card and PayPal payments via email.
Can they get a refund or exchange?
You cannot cancel an order that has begun processing. Refunds are allowed only if the product arrives defective. You have 24 hours from the date of receipt of the package to apply for a refund if the item is damaged.
