Are their products organic?
All of their products are natural, but not organic. All of their ingredients are minimally processed (filtered, melted, distilled, etc.).
What color is their deodorant?
Their deodorants are white solids that are easy to apply. They leave minimal residue and are quickly absorbed into your skin. If you have trouble applying their deodorants, simply place them under your armpits for a few seconds and allow them to warm to your body temperature before applying.
Do they use preservatives in their products?
When needed. Not all product formulations require preservatives to prevent them from molding or deteriorating. When formulations do contain water, they must use a preservative to help the product last long enough for you to use. Preservatives can range from alcohol to rose ethers. They make sure to follow the recommendations of the FDA, cleaning retailers and governments around the world to ensure they are using the safest and most effective solutions.
How much of their product should I use?
They believe that a light tap will do the trick and encourage their customers to use as little as they feel is necessary. With just one swipe of their deodorant, you can stay fresh all day long.
What is their return policy?
They offer a recycling program where they recycle empty tubes (even from their competitors) and recycle them through TerraCycle. They always try to satisfy their customers, even if that means refunding their money for any reason. To start the return process, please send an email to hello@americanprovenance.com. What is their shipping policy?
They are pleased to offer competitive shipping rates. Orders under $35 will be subject to shipping charges, but orders of $30 and above will be shipped free of charge. American Provenance products can be found in grocery stores, co-ops, independent markets, pharmacies, clinics and specialty stores in all 50 states! Orders can also be placed directly online!
