Can I cancel the order that has been shipped?

• If you need to cancel an order after it has already shipped, they are forced to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value. Once an order has left their warehouse, they are automatically charged for outbound shipping and then for return shipping upon cancellation.

• UPS/Fedex also charges a re-route or address change fee that they also incur. This 20% fee also applies to customer requests for cover color changes after a bed has been delivered. They work on low margins and are a small, family-run business, therefore they cannot absorb these costs. They appreciate your understanding.

How long it will to receive my order?

• Most orders ship out same day or within 1-2 days of receipt of the order.  They ship primarily via Fedex, but reserve the right to use any and all shipping options available to get our products to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

• They cannot control delays or mistakes made by our chosen shipper (UPS, Fedex, USPS or other), but will do their best to correct their mistake as quickly as possible.
•  Please note that if you choose expedited shipping, that shipping service starts when the bed actually ships from their warehouse and not the day the order was placed. Expedited shipping and international shipping charges are not refundable in the case of a return.

Can I wash my dog bed?

• If your Bully Bed is just a little bit dirty, spot clean as needed with a mild soap and water solution. If it needs more than that, the cover is washing machine safe. Note that we said the cover is washing machine safe, because the foam itself won’t do well in your machine.

• So first, remove the cover from your bed. It’s easy by design—simply unzip and remove it. Now you can wash the cover using cold water on the gentle cycle. Dry the cover in your dryer, again on the gentle cycle using low heat. The first time you wash the cover, wash it separately to avoid any possible bleeding of dyes.

• The waterproof cover can also be washed in the washing machine, but it requires a little more care. Be sure to once again use the gentle cycle, but only use cold water. Also, please air dry the waterproof liner—it won’t do well in the dryer.

• Finally, as memtioned before, the foam should not be put in the washer or dryer.
