What are Raised Right Returns & Refund Policy? What is Raised Right Refund Process?

• They have a money back guarantee where you'll receive a full refund on your pe's first box within fourteen (14) days of your purchase if you're not satisfied. With thier food needing to remain frozen in transit, they do not accept returns.

• If you made your purchase through www.raisedrightpets.com. To initiate a refund, please email them at info@raisedrightpets.com or call them at 844-777-3871.

• If you made your purchase through one of thier distributors or resellers. To initiate a refund, please contact the distributor or reseller where you purchased the product directly to process your refund. Raised Right Pets will credit the distributor's/reseller's account once your refund has been processed.

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

• They will still deliver as they don't require a signature upon arrival. The email you the tracking number for the delivery as soon as your pet's food is shipped so you will know when the package arrives!

• When is the deadline to place my order each week?

• Thier company guarantee is that your food will arrive by Saturday at the latest each week if your order is placed before thier weekly deadline (Mondays at 9pm EST). They start shipping thier boxes for the week on Sundays, so your food could arrive as early as Monday if your address is located in our 1-day shipping radius.

How do I cancel my subscription?

They are committed to do everything they can to keep you as a lifelong customer, so please give them a call or send them an email before making this decision. To cancel your subscription, go to your account by clicking on the account icon, then navigate to the subscriptions page. From this page you can cancel your order. They also want to let you know that if you're going on vacation, you can pause your order by clicking pause on the subscriptions page. When you get back from vacation click reactivate to resume a paused order.

How much food should I serve my pet?

They have developed a proprietary algorithm with our pet food formulation expert and veterinarian to determine how many calories your pet should be consuming per day based on your pet's age, weight, and activity level. They also understand that no one knows your pet as well as you do, that's why theyy let you decide if you want your pet to maintain, gain, or lose weight. The option to have your pet maintain, gain, or lose weight is only available to pet’s 1+ years old because puppies are continually growing.

Raised Right Pets offers free shipping via FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all raised Right Pets products purchased through raisedrightpets.com except for our Sample Boxes (4 Bags), which have a shipping fee of $9.99.  They will provide you with a tracking number immediately after your order is shipped. They will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
