What’s the refund policy?
They offer a 100% money back guarantee on their weekly green drink delivery. They do not offer refunds on cleanses or challenges. You are suggested to try their Green Drink before diving into a cleanse.
- If products are damaged, you are required to give send them the return or photo documentation of the product(s) that you are not satisfied with before they make a credit or refund. Customers need to pay the return shipping costs themselves. They will provide you a full or partial credit of the purchase price for your cleanse depending on the circumstances.
- Please feel free to contact their customer service team at chefv@chefv.com if you are not satisfied with your products for any reason. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of your delivery being received. No refunds are given to cleanses that have already been delivered (no exceptions).
What’s the shipping policy?
They use third-party carriers (UPS and OnTrac) to deliver your food packages and provide you with tracking information for every package. You need to provide them with the proper shipping information and any special instructions the delivery driver may need. For any shipping error caused by a mistake or omission by the customer, they will provide their customers one courtesy replacement shipment per year at a 50% discount of their purchase price.They will issue you a replacement delivery or replacement products at no additional charge for any shipping error that is caused by the carrier (including damaged packages or delayed deliveries).
