What is their shipping policy?

• Counter goods: if the goods are in stock, these orders will be processed within 24-72 working hours.

• Prescription items note: they will contact your veterans within 24 to 48 hours.

• Once the prescription authorization is received from the veterinarian, in most cases, the order will be processed and shipped within 4-7 working days. Some approval and order processing may take longer, and the increase of order volume may lead to order delay. They cannot deliver prescriptions without veterinary approval.

• Express delivery (1-2 working days) starts at $34.95 and is delivered by FedEx. The actual address must be provided at the time of delivery. Exception: Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify. Items listed as orm-d or items designated for ground transportation only. Express orders are delivered only from Monday to Wednesday. They don't deliver on Thursday or Friday because they can't guarantee delivery on the weekend.

• Freight may increase depending on the destination, package weight, or postal company restrictions. If the package encounters bad weather, FedEx does not guarantee express delivery.

How long can I receive my item?

• The freight for most orders is $8.95. The delivery time frame describes the time during transportation. Exception: the carrier may be different. Priority delivery does not guarantee "USPS Priority" delivery. Restrictions may apply to certain projects. Please contact us directly for more information. Some items are marked on the item description page as limited by this shipping option. Example: list orm-d and pet food and other large or heavy items / orders. Some items may require additional freight. 

• The delivery time of this item and all shipping options is working days. RX orders must be approved before shipment. After receiving RX approval, please allow your order to be delivered within 3 working days at most. If the replenishment has been archived, your order may be shipped as soon as the next working day.

What is their return policy?

• They cannot accept the return of prescription goods.

• Non prescription goods can be returned within 30 days after receiving the shipment (excluding all temperature sensitive items). Only unopened / unused over-the-counter goods will be refunded after deducting the freight. All returns are subject to a purchase fee of up to 25% and will be evaluated after receiving the return.
