How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Free shipping on orders over $50. InchBug ships to all 50 US states. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping offers. Priority Mail upgrades are available for an additional fee and are only available for domestic shipments. Shipping upgrades will not speed up production.
What is the delivery method?
Your package will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the size, weight and combination of the products ordered. UPS Shipping: To track orders shipped via UPS, enter the tracking number you provided in your shipping confirmation email on www.ups.com for shipping information and estimated transit time. Please note: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
What is their warranty policy like?
All custom labels designed by InchBug are durable, dishwasher and microwave resistant. However, if your labels are cracked or torn within the first 90 days, please contact them for replacement. Labels may not be replaced for any reason within 90 days of purchase.
What if I not satisfied with my order?
All sales of personalized products are final. This includes original Orbit labels, Orbit Label 2.0, bag labels and all custom stickers. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted for these items. Items other than custom labels are eligible for returns within 30 days of shipment.
Can I exchange it?
InchBug does not accept any exchange of personalized products. Replacement of any other item is permitted within 30 days of purchase. If you are requesting an even exchange (eg/change size), please contact them, with product information and customer service will be in your make a note on your account. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
